What you'll do
As an Events Manager at Coworth Park, you will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, elegant, and memorable experiences for our guests — whether they are celebrating life’s milestones or hosting high-profile corporate functions. In this role, you will:
Handle and manage event enquiries and annual bookings, ensuring each guest receives personalised attention from the first point of contact through to post-event follow-up.
Optimise business opportunities by promoting our event spaces and services, ensuring maximum occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Participate in menu tastings, entertainment planning, and special arrangements, bringing creativity and precision to every detail.
Offer expert guidance to guests on event logistics, showcasing in-depth product knowledge of Coworth Park's unique offerings.
Ensure exceptional service delivery by working closely with colleagues across departments, including culinary, service, and front-of-house teams.
Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in responding to bespoke requests and special occasions, always aiming to exceed guest expectations.

What you'll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience in an events or banqueting role within a five-star luxury establishment.
Strong commercial awareness and a natural ability to build client relationships while optimising revenue opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse expectations with warmth and professionalism.
Confident and articulate in client-facing situations, with a passion for turning ideas into unforgettable guest experiences.
Ability to remain calm, organised, and solution-focused under pressure.
Fluency in English is required for effective collaboration across departments and client communication.
Flexibility to work at least one weekend per month.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with event management software and hotel booking systems.
A flair for creative planning, including floral arrangements, lighting, and entertainment.
Understanding of cultural sensitivities and etiquette, especially in the context of international clientele.
