What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You
will be responsible for the highest standard of beverage service and
set-up (including displays, exhibits, bars and decorations), storage,
service and handling procedures in our banquet area to provide a seamless
guest experience during their day. This will include managing, leading and
motivating the Beverage Banquet team, continually improving Beverage service
& systems, and ensuring the event spaces and environment are
consistent with a 5-star establishment in order to meet & exceed guest
expectations and maximize business growth. All to ensure our guests
receive nothing but the best experience.
- You will work alongside the
Banqueting events team in delivering a world class banqueting operation here at
The Dorchester hotel across our various event spaces. Our

part of the role you will need to work with the Director of Bars and our
Head of Wines in the creation of the offering, always working to be

- To be successful you will need to be a strong organiser
who can adapt to a wide range of fast paced environments and be able
to deliver events efficiently and on budget.
