What you'll do

As an Events Operation Assistant Manager, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:

  • You will ensure the smooth operation and service of all group, social, banquet and planned food and beverage events to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. This will include managing, leading and motivating the Banquet team, continually improving service & operational systems, and ensuring the event spaces and environment are consistent with a 5-star establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations and maximize business growth.
  • You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with challenges that may arise during the day, to ensure that we meet our guest’s special requests

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience as an assistant manager in /five-star spa operation, preferably within a hotel

  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You will have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel. You will comfortably communicate in this language.
