Our Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing crafts winning strategies, leads dynamic teams, and builds lasting client relationships. As Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing for two luxurious London properties, you will design and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at promoting the business as a premium and luxury destination all year round.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Oversee the Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of strategies driving business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with major stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of high-value bookings and contracts
  • Develop a powerful digital presence across channels, including social media, e-marketing, and our website, in collaboration with the Director of Marketing
  • Identify operational problems that reduce the effectiveness of marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance and work with appropriate department on solutions
  • Structure the Sales team to cover market segments and regions effectively, driving proactive sales techniques to deliver results
  • Monitor the performance of the sales team by setting and reviewing goals and identifying any training needs

Who you are:

  • Extensive previous experience in sales & marketing withing the London Hotels market with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Advanced skills in sales pipeline management & business development.
  • Strong financial acumen, with a goal orientated approach.
  • Strong leadership skills, with an empowering approach allowing the team to achieve goals in a fast passed environment.
  • Proactive in approach with self-driven attitude.
  • Excellent understanding of London Hotel market.
  • The ideal candidate will have a willingness to grow & keen interest in the European market as COMO grows within this region
