COMO Metropolitan London is an inner city property stripping back to the non-essential elements of a traditional hotel. The result is an urban retreat that is cool, accessible and sophisticated. COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.
 
We are looking for a dynamic, results driven leader with a passion for hospitality.  We are looking for a Hotel Manager at COMO Metropolitan London, who is committed to service excellence and has the ability to create unique & meaningful experiences for our guests.

 What you will do:

  • Manage the profitability of your departments, ensuring revenue and quality targets are exceeded
  • Provide effective leadership to our hotel leaders, including Director of Rooms, Food and Beverage Manager & Spa Manager
  • In collaboration with your head of departments, ensure the smooth running of the hotel operation on a day-to-day basis
  • Drive business performance through innovative strategies
  • Contribute to the executive committee
  • Share your in-depth knowledge of hotel operations with team members

Who you are:

  • Experience managing a luxury hotel in the London market
  • Proven track record in revenue management, marketing strategies, and commercial performance
  • Multilingual abilities, with a particular desirability for French speaking
  • Involvement in sustainability initiatives within the hospitality sector
  • Ability to adapt to industry trends and continuously improve operations
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high performing teams
  • Aspiring general manager, with a willingness to grow
