The Arora Graduate Scheme is a professional development programme designed for highly ambitious graduates who want to prepare for their first managerial position upon completion.

By the end of the programme, you’ll be ready to step into your first management role.


Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking graduates who are:

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about the hospitality industry
  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree by Summer 2026
  • Available to start full-time employment in Summer/Autumn 2026
  • Eligible to work in the UK at the start of employment

Application Process

  1. Submit your CV with a short explanation of why you’d like to join before Friday, 6th February 2026.
  2. Assessment Centre in February/March 2026 for shortlisted candidates.
  3. Final interview with a General Manager.
