OVERVIEW

Attention to detail is at the heart of everything we do, from product choice and menu development to creating the perfect environment throughout the day, every day.

At F1Arcade, our team provides the best of the best service within hospitality to our guests, from the first approach to their goodbye. You must lead by example in everything you do.

You should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities; F1 Arcade Guest Relations Executive must be able to anticipate all logistics and requirements for the venue and show exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for the all external guest communication, ensuring all existing bookings are checked and allocated correctly and all necessary arrangements are made, as well as being a point of contact over the phone and via online platforms.

You will need experience in busy and high-end establishments and a deep knowledge of any booking system.

You should be efficient, reliable, and perceptive, with excellent communication and time management skills.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Be the face of F1 Arcade – Welcome the Guests and colleagues with a strong sense of positivity.

·        Answering phones, making bookings, recording messages and returning phone calls.

·        Ensure pre-orders are pre-prepared before each booking and briefing all the staff.

·        Monitor the necessary arrangement for the VIP guests.

·        Provide helpful information to guests to prepare them for the visit.

·        Work alongside the sales and events team on venue showcasing.

·        Monitoring the customer support inbox.

·        Responding to reviews on Google and TripAdvisor.

·        To have a good knowledge and understanding of all food and drink menus and packages and to ensure the best service for our guests.

·        Ensuring the reservations are allocated correctly to the simulators.

·        Assisting reception or the floor where necessary.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

·        At least two years experience as a receptionist/host or front of house manager in a high-volume establishment.

·        Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

·        Demonstrating experience in training and team development. 

·        Full knowledge of safety measures and risk management strategies.

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

·        Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

·        Very good written and verbal communication skills.

·         Good computer skills, knowledge of booking system software, Collins preferred.
