We are currently recruiting for a Commis Pastry Chef to join us at The Londoner to work alongside our very talented Pastry Team.
Overview:
Prepare and produce pastry items to the hotel’s exacting standards
Assist senior chefs with mise en place and daily service
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and organisational standards
Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
Support the smooth operation of the pastry kitchen during service
- Previous experience in a professional pastry kitchen (hotel or restaurant)
Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn
A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Demonstrates passion and culinary standards ideally within a rosette standard operation, either within a hotel or restaurant environment.
