SUMMARY OF POSITION: At Farmer Boys we believe our success begins at each location and happens one guest at a time. In support of this the Local Store Marketing Leader is a key contributor to the overall success of Farmer Boys brand engagement efforts at a local level. To lead this effort, we are looking for a result driven self-starter with industry and/or functional expertise in this area to help develop, deploy, steward, control, and validate the local store marketing initiative of the brand. This role serves as the primary liaison between corporate operations and individual restaurant operators, ensuring alignment with brand standards while tailoring strategies to local market needs. The LSM Leader will coach and support restaurant teams in executing promotions, community engagement, and grassroots marketing activities that build customer loyalty and enhance guest experience.
