Ahoy. We've moored ourselves right at the heart of Falmouth's beautiful Custom House Quay, in the Old Custom House itself. Set across two floors and overlooking the bustling harbour, there are views of the water from just about every table, as well as tonnes of outside waterfront seating. Famed for our mouthwatering range of handcrafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients, we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers. We don’t think we’re being big-headed when we say it’s one of the best spots in town for an alfresco drink and bite to eat – but don’t just take our word for it.
As a senior kitchen member you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and duties will include managing stock via ordering, weekly counts and training of other chefs on specs. You will also assist the Head Chef with writing rotas, invoicing and recruitment while all the time leading from the front in the main kitchen by serving some great pizzas!
