The Role

We’re looking for a Duty Manager to join the team at Famous Three Kings.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of a busy, high-energy sports pub. You’ll be leading shifts, setting the pace, and making sure everything runs as it should, from the bar to the floor.

You’ll be responsible for delivering great service, driving standards, and supporting the team to perform at their best — especially when it’s busy (and it will be).

This isn’t a clipboard role. You’ll be on the floor, in the thick of it, leading from the front.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a busy bar or pub
• Confident leading a team during high-pressure shifts
• Strong understanding of service standards and how to maintain them at pace
• Calm under pressure, able to make decisions quickly and effectively
• A natural leader who supports, develops and motivates their team
• Hands-on and proactive, you don’t wait to be asked

The Role Includes

• Leading shifts and managing the floor and bar teams
• Driving service standards and guest experience
• Supporting training and development of the team
• Managing opening and closing procedures
• Handling guest queries and resolving issues confidently
• Working closely with the GM to deliver strong operational performance
