Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are a 4 AA star family run hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. We are currently seeking to recruit Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist in the running of our busy Farmshop - a casual dining area of the hotel open 7 days a week daytime hours only.  

Role of Food & Beverage Supervisor will involve:

• Day to day running of the Farm shop - monitoring staff levels, managing the floor, cashing up at the end of the day. 
• Managing staff - ensuring correct staffing levels, identifying training needs and implementing training plans.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements for Food & Beverage Supervisor :

• Previous experience at supervisory level in a similar environment is essential
• Candidates must enjoy being a “hands-on” member of a team.
  
• All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
