Part time Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are an independent, boutique, family run hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, we are currently recruiting for a part time  Supervisor to assist in the running of our busy farm shop. Our farm shop shuts at 6pm therefore there are no evenings involved in this role. 

Role of Part time Supervisor will involve:

• Assisting in the management of the busy farm shop at weekends 
• Managing staff - ensuring correct staffing levels, identifying training needs and implementing training plans.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements for Part time  Supervisor :

• Previous experience at supervisory level in a similar environment is essential
• All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
  
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
