ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Approach - Maintain an enthusiastic, engaged, and passionate approach to specialty coffee, food and great service, with the ability to cope under pressure.
• Quality – Ensure that the customer receives excellent customer service every single visit, follow customer service standards 
• Cleanliness - Ensure the café and it’s attached areas maintains the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation and hygiene at all times. 
• Service – Being able to manage a section, work alongside a team. 
• Training – Attend all relevant trainings and stay up to date.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude and hands-on approach 
• Experience with high volume 
• Excellent customer service
• Confidence and self-motivation
