Who we're looking for:

• Experience as a Head Pizzaiolo in a Neapolitan pizzeria
• Exceptional Neapolitan pizza making skills and a deep understanding of dough, fermentation, quality and consistency
• Organised, reliable and leads with positivity every single shift
• Someone who gets the best out of people, not the most out of them
• A natural coach who enjoys teaching, developing and building confidence in others
• Someone who creates a pizzeria where people enjoy coming to work and want to stay
• Someone who builds strong relationships with the Front of House team because great restaurants are built together
• Someone who's hands on and never afraid to jump on the bench during the busiest services
• Someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards while continuously looking for ways to improve
• Someone who takes ownership of their pizzeria as if it were their own
• Ambition and someone wants to help shape the future of Fatto a Mano

What you'll be doing

• Leading every service from the pizza bench and setting the standard for every pizza that leaves the oven
• Making exceptional Neapolitan pizza every single day while leading by example
• Recruiting, training, coaching and developing your team
• Working closely with your General Manager to build one positive, united pizzeria team
• Creating a strong relationship between Front of House and Back of House, where communication, trust and support come first
• Giving regular coaching, feedback and development to your Area Pizzaiolo to help your team grow while maintaining consistently high standards
• Maintaining company specifications, food quality and consistency across every service
• Taking ownership of stock, ordering, food safety and organisation
• Driving food quality, standards and team performance every single shift
• Creating a pizzeria where people work hard, support each other and genuinely enjoy what they do
