Our Runner team is growing very fast and we have a lot of openings to fill. At Favor, we work around your schedule and you can even make cash by referring your friends to be runners.
You are the face of Favor. You are not a delivery driver, but rather a personal assistant. Being outgoing, friendly and a strong communicator is a top priority. You receive 100% of your tips. You are guaranteed to make at least $9 per hour, although most runners make between $10 to $20 per hour.

At this time, you must have an iPhone or Android. You should own a car, bike, scooter or motorcycle and have a clean record. You must be 18 years or older to apply.

How does the application process work? After you apply, the on-boarding process only takes a few days. We contact everyone within a few days of applying. After passing a phone screen you'll join a 30 minute orientation and then be paired with an experienced Runner for training. You’ll be on the road in no time!

How will I be paid? You're paid via direct deposit daily.

Can I work whenever I want? Favor gives you the power to manage your own schedule. You give us your availability and we give you hours.

Do I need insurance? If you want to drive you will need to give us a copy of your insurance and driving record before training. Bikers do not have to carry insurance.

Anything else I should know? To be a Favor Runner you must take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
