Established in Leeds in 2010 with additional restaurants in Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh & Birmingham, we are thrilled to be making our debut in the capital in Summer 2023.

Our new 180-cover restaurant will reside within the reputable 100 Bishopsgate Tower in the City of London, boasting three luxurious private dining rooms and a 120-cover bar and mezzanine. We are looking for a personable, inspiring, experienced and passionate bartender to join our team as a Senior Bartender. You will be working closely with the Bar Managers and Supervisors to provide exceptional service to our guests (both behind the bar and on the bar floor) and will be the leader for the junior members of the bar team on day-to-day tasks. You will be also responsible for standards of service to be in place at all times, for stock control during shift and for helping junior bartenders grown within the team.

• Leading by example bartenders and barback, being a role model for them and being approachable as their first point of contact with the management team
• Delivering on daily and weekly tasks set by the management team regarding par levels, checklists and cleaning standards.
• A strong knowledge of the drinks we serve to be able to talk effectively to our guests and make accurate recommendations based on their preferences.
