We’re looking for an experienced and confident Bar Manager to lead bar operations at Fino, taking full ownership of both the Fino Bar and the restaurant dispense bar. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the wider restaurant team, champion exceptional guest experiences, and help drive performance, profitability, and standards across the business.
You’ll be a visible presence on the floor, leading by example during service, supporting the Management Team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly—from training and team culture to stock control and signature drinks.
The advertised wage is inclusive of a basic wage of £15.50 per hour, plus anticipated tronc of £10 per hour.
