We are looking for charming and thoughtful individuals with a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Night Room Service Assistants.

This role will be hired on a FIXED TERM CONTRACT until 31 OCTOBER 2025 with possibility of extension, due to business requirements. 

As a Night Room Service Assistant you will:

• Be highly courteous and give our guests a memorable service and lasting impression
• Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
• Ensure that the daily task list is completed effectively
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
• Take initiative in accommodating our guests needs in a resourceful manner

Successful Night Room Service Assistants have:

• Excellent guest engagement skills
• An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
