Description

We are looking for an energetic and organised individual with a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Junior Sous Chef on a Fixed Term Contract to help with seasonal requirements

As a Junior Sous Chef you will:

  • Be responsible for leading and training the Kitchen team, ensuring service achieves a consistently standard suitable to that of an ambitious 4 star Hotel
  • Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
  • Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
  • Assist the Head Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areas


Successful Junior Sous Chef have:

  • Excellent organisation and leadership skills
  • An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
  • The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
  • A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
