Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining customer-facing retail duties with creative and administrative responsibilities in marketing. You will be instrumental in ensuring our brand and products are consistently and effectively communicated across all customer touchpoints — from the shop floor to digital channels, hotel rooms, spa areas, and beyond.

OTE of £31,420 based on 42.5 hours per week


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Shop Floor:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a brand ambassador on the shop floor.
  • Assist customers with product information and purchases in a knowledgeable and engaging manner.
  • Ensure the retail space is always well-presented, fully stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Provide feedback from customers to inform marketing and product development.
  • Work with the shop team to ensure daily tasks are completed. 

Marketing & Communications:

  • Develop and maintain in-store signage and printed materials to effectively communicate brand messages and product information across all site locations (shop, hotel rooms, spa, etc.).
  • Support the marketing team in creating and scheduling content across social media channels (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Assist with promotional campaigns and events, both on-site and online. E.g. Pop ups 

Product & Brand Development Support:

  • Work closely with the Product Development team to create and update lookbooks, brochures, and other branded documents.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the visual presentation and messaging of products.
  • Assist with layout & copywriting for brand materials as needed.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a retail or customer service environment (hospitality experience also welcomed).
  • Strong interest in branding, design, and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • A keen eye for detail and visual consistency.

Desirable:

  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Photography or basic content editing skills.
  • Previous experience in a dual-role or lifestyle/hospitality setting.
