We’re looking for someone with experience and a genuine love for hospitality to join our friendly, established team at Fego. If you enjoy hosting, take pride in offering great service, and thrive in a vibrant, busy restaurant — we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering attentive, friendly service to every guest

• Running your own section and ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their visit

• Confidently discussing our menu, ingredients, and recommending dishes (including dietary advice and flavour pairings)

• Working as part of one team — no front-of-house vs kitchen divides here

• Keeping pace in a busy environment and helping to keep service smooth and efficient

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who has previous hospitality experience and a real passion for great service

• A warm, personable individual who enjoys hosting and connecting with people

• A calm and positive attitude under pressure
