We’re looking for a passionate and experienced full-time waiter or waitress to join our friendly and established team at Fego.

At Fego, we’re more than just a restaurant – we’re a tight-knit team that works together with no divide between front and back of house. We’re a busy, vibrant daytime venue where service is fast-paced, but the atmosphere remains warm, relaxed, and personal.

• Running your own section and ensuring guests receive attentive and friendly service from start to finish

• Confidently talking guests through our extensive menu, including dish ingredients, dietary needs, and recommendations

• Working under pressure during busy services, always maintaining a positive and proactive attitude

• Supporting your teammates to deliver smooth, seamless service across the whole restaurant

• Taking pride in maintaining Fego’s high service standards and warm, welcoming environment

• Previous experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant or café environment

• A natural host – warm, personable, and confident in guest interaction

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver consistently excellent service

• A genuine team player who’s happy to support across the whole operation

• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
