About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and guest-focused person to join our established team at Fego Ascot on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who loves hosting, enjoys providing excellent service and thrives in a busy, vibrant environment.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will:

• Welcome and look after our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

• Run a section and make sure guests’ needs are met throughout their visit.

• Confidently recommend dishes, discuss ingredients, and cater to dietary requirements and preferences.

• Work closely with the whole team – at Fego there are no front of house/kitchen divides – we are one team working together.

• Provide attentive, warm and friendly service even during busy periods.

Previous hospitality experience is desirable, and you must be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
