Front of House Team Member – Fego Caffe

We’re looking for a full-time Front of House Team Member who enjoys being on the floor, working with people and being part of a strong, busy team.

This role is for someone who likes a bit of pace, takes pride in what they do and enjoys creating a great experience for every guest.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in all aspects of service — from welcoming guests and taking orders, to running food and keeping everything flowing during busy periods.

You’ll play a key part in creating the relaxed, home-from-home atmosphere Fego is known for.

You will:

• Welcome guests and create a warm, friendly atmosphere
• Take orders and support service on the floor
• Run food and drinks quickly and efficiently
• Keep your section organised and under control
• Support the wider team to keep service smooth and consistent

Who You Are

You’re reliable, positive and enjoy working with people.

You’ll fit well here if you:

• Feel confident interacting with guests
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Are hands-on and take pride in your work
• Have previous hospitality experience (preferred, but not essential)
• Work well as part of a team
• Are available to work weekends and busy periods
