The Role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring our team and guests have the best experience possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Managing daily operations, rotas, and stock takes, keeping the restaurant running smoothly and profitably.
• Overseeing team development and training to ensure continuous growth.
• Coordinating special events, such as Royal Ascot Week and other exciting moments outside of normal service.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Have previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a restaurant setting.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills, inspiring your team to excel.
• Be able to prioritise, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy being hands-on and leading from the front, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
