You will:Lead daily service and operations with ownership and confidence
Be a visible, hands-on presence on the floor
Coach, support, and develop your team to grow
Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere
Uphold high standards in service, quality, and presentation
Manage rotas, stock, cost controls, and KPIs
Follow and improve operational processes
Build strong relationships with guests and the local community
Make independent, well-judged decisions with maturity and clarity
