We are currently looking to recruit a Chef Bakery/Pastry to join our Fego friendly team based in our Central Production Unit (CPU) in Byfleet, Surrey. This is a Full Time Permanent position DAY ONLY working hours, Monday to Friday with a flexible working pattern from 7.00a.m. to 3.00p.m. Some weekend DAY ONLY work may be required and will be allocated on a rotation basis.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Bakery/Pastry Chef. Experience as a Baker/Pastry Chef would be desirable; however, training and development will be given for the right candidate. The main ingredient we are looking is your desire to learn and come on the journey with Fego and who want to be part of a brand-new artisanal bakery concept at Fego.

As a Bakery Pastry Chef:

· You will be an integral part of the Kitchen Team

· Learning how the kitchen runs

· Keeping your working section clean and tidy

· Efficiently carrying out the orders and specifications set by the Head Pastry   Chef

· You will assist in producing high qualify pastries

You must have:

· Ability to pay great attention to detail

· Be a great communicator and be a good team player

· Able to stay level-headed during busy periods

· Have a friendly disposition

· Ability to take instructions clearly and carry out tasks efficiently
