Sous Chef – Central Production Kitchen
7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends on rota)

We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our Central Production Kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, organised environment and enjoys a mix of hands-on cooking and kitchen leadership.

What the role involves:

  • 7am to 3pm shifts

  • Predominantly Monday to Friday

  • Occasional weekend work based on a rota

  • Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations and a small, friendly team

  • Assisting with ordering, stock management, invoicing, and kitchen paperwork

  • Upholding excellent health and safety and food standards

About you:

  • Experience in a production kitchen, contract catering, or events catering is beneficial, but not essential

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • A positive, energetic team player with a hands-on approach

Growth & Development:
You’ll have the opportunity to develop additional skill sets across our bakery and pastry sections for those keen to broaden their craft.
