The Role:

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring smooth daily operations while leading a hardworking, experienced team. You’ll be responsible for:
✔️ Overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, from rotas to stock take and KPI management
✔️ Supporting and developing the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
✔️ Hosting guests and ensuring every visit feels special
✔️ Building strong relationships with local businesses and the community, creating opportunities for partnerships and events

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ At least 3 years’ experience managing a restaurant
✔️ A hands-on leader who leads from the front and motivates the team
✔️ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills—able to think on your feet
✔️ A team player with excellent communication and a warm, welcoming approach
✔️ The ability to balance service, operations, and guest experience with confidence
