About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Head Barista to join our team at Fego Esher on a full-time basis. If you love coffee, take pride in your craft, and enjoy leading by example in a lively, guest-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

? Please note: Fego is a daytime-only restaurant, so this position offers consistent daytime working hours with no late-night shifts.

What You’ll Do

As Head Barista, you will:

• Take the lead on all things coffee – setting the standard for quality and consistency.

• Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee and hot drinks with speed, accuracy, and style.

• Train, coach, and support team members to ensure coffee standards are upheld across the restaurant.

• Maintain and oversee the barista station, ensuring equipment is well cared for and cleaned to the highest standard.

• Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams – at Fego, we’re one team working together.

• Provide warm, friendly service and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Experience as a barista is essential, with knowledge of dialling in grinders, latte art, and delivering consistent coffee quality under pressure. Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
