About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, friendly and service-focused Part-Time Front of House Team Member to join our team at Fego Esher. This is a daytime-only role, ideal for someone who enjoys a busy, guest-led environment and takes pride in delivering great hospitality.

You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, running a section, and ensuring every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience. You’ll feel confident recommending dishes, supporting dietary requirements and delivering attentive, genuine service throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who genuinely enjoys hosting and delivering excellent guest service

• A warm, approachable personality with confidence when interacting with guests

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable, but not essential

• A strong team-player mindset – at Fego there is no divide between front and back of house

• Availability to work weekends and bank holidays (daytime only)

Key Responsibilities

• Running your own section and ensuring guests feel welcome from arrival to departure

• Confidently guiding guests through the menu and making recommendations

• Supporting dietary requirements with good allergen awareness

• Delivering food and drinks efficiently with a positive attitude

• Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth, high-quality service
