• Previous experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role in a busy restaurant.

• Someone who’s confident, hands-on, and leads from the front on the restaurant floor.

• Great at multitasking and decision-making under pressure.

• A strong communicator who works well across both front and back of house – we’re one team.

Your Role:

• Lead service and ensure every guest receives a warm, memorable experience.

• Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

• Coach and support the team’s development with a positive, can-do attitude.
