At Fego, we’re looking for an outstanding General Manager to lead our Sunningdale restaurant. This is a key site within the group, and we want someone who can bring passion, energy, and commercial awareness to drive both the guest experience and the success of the business.

The Role

As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of Fego Sunningdale, balancing service leadership with commercial performance and team development. You’ll be a visible leader on the floor, inspiring your team and engaging with guests while also managing the numbers behind the scenes.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the daily operation, ensuring smooth service and outstanding guest experiences

• Driving sales and managing costs (labour, stock, KPIs) to achieve site targets

• Building, developing, and motivating a high-performing team with a culture of learning and growth

• Hosting and delivering events, such as Royal Ascot Week and other site-specific initiatives

• Acting as an ambassador for Fego, maintaining high standards and consistency in line with the brand

Who You Are

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 3+ years’ management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or café environment

• Are a hands-on leader who leads by example and energises the team

• Can balance service excellence with business acumen

• Are commercially savvy, with strong understanding of KPIs, rotas, and stock control

• Excel at communication, organisation, and time management

• Are passionate about hospitality and creating a culture of warmth, respect, and accountability
