ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FINANCE – NEW YORK
We need an experienced Assistant Director of Finance to join ourFinance team and support the Director ofFinance in ensuring that all accounting processes and procedures are completedefficiently and accurately. The role will be key to financial and operatingreporting and an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to addsignificant value to the business.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Support the Director of Finance inthe preparation and review of monthly management accounts and property reports
• Assist with the day to dayoperations e.g. credit control, revenue reports
• Take responsibility for theAccounts receivable function and purchase procedures
• Efficient processing of accountingtransactions
• Be responsible for the managementof electronic employee files along with other HR admin duties
• Support payroll processing on amonthly basis, ensuring accurate recording of staff hours, holiday leave, sickleave and any other allowances
• Support the Director of Finance onfinance projects as required

WHAT’SIN YOUR DNA

• Have an appropriate level ofexpertise ideally within the Hospitality industry
• Have qualifications orextensive experience in Accountancy/Finance
• Highly experienced inanalysis and requirement gathering, ideally having operated in an organisationthrough business change and transformation
• Established, with a proventrack record of introducing cost saving financial initiatives, new systems andprocesses
