About the Role

Join us at Fantasy Island Resort, Lincolnshire’s leading family theme park! Our resort is home to over 30 exciting rides and attractions, two of the UK’s tallest roller coasters, captivating live entertainment, and Europe’s largest 7-day market. Alongside our breathtaking 40-acre attraction, we also operate two caravan parks and a modern short-stay holiday park with luxury lodges.

As a Food & Beverage Team member across our bars and eateries, you'll play a key part in serving quality food and drinks while delivering warm, friendly service to every guest. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the heart of a lively, guest-focused team. You’ll support the smooth running of our food and beverage venues, maintain high hygiene standards, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

Principal Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally across our bars and food outlets.
• Handle cash and operate tills accurately while maintaining excellent customer interaction.
• Support stock control, including restocking items and monitoring product levels.
• Follow strict food hygiene, safety procedures, and all company policies.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness standards in all food preparation and serving areas.
• Assist various areas of our F&B operations as required to keep service running smoothly.

Who We’re Looking For

• Reliable with strong timekeeping and a positive can-do attitude.
• Confident, friendly, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak periods.
  No experience required—training will be provided.
