A bit about what you will be doing and what we are looking for:

Terms: Full-time temporary role – 1 Months contract with possible extension

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team based in our Head Office in Farringdon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing
• Assist with supplier statement reconciliations
• Support the line manager in ensuring the AP month-end timetable is delivered so that the ledgers are closed and statements reconciliations are completed in a timely fashion in line with Finance expectations
• Ensuring that AP policies and processes are adhered to across the business

Candidate requirements:

• Experience: Previous Account Payable/ Finance experience advantageous
• Systems: Sapphire Anywhere, SAP B1, iDocuments, APT, Fourth, Adaco experience advantageous
• Understanding of excels, using vlookups, pivot tables, formulas etc
• Strong communication skills to facilitate working closely with other parts of the business, including purchasing, commercial, group and operation
• Strong analytical skills to be able to solve technical and non-technical day-to-day issues affecting the AP process
• A self-reliant individual able to work with minimal control and direction
• Speed and accuracy in the production of work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
