Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Finance Assistant (Accounts Receivable) to join our team here at the Bulgari Hotel London.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for accomplishing dedicated projects with the aim to seek for efficiencies and enhance profitability. You will assist and collaborate with the Accounts team and support them with posting and analysing tasks integral to the smooth running of the operations. You will be responsible processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures and ensuring that payment of invoices are correctly posted and guests are reminded to meet due dates for deposit schedules and settlements. You will be generating routine reports detailing accounts receivable status and write comprehensive critiques. Analyse, quantify and report potential risks related to uncertain account balances.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Accounts Receivable or in a similar role. This position requires a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures as it relates to Accounts Receivable. A proficient knowledge of OPERA/Info Genesis and  Book4Time is preferable. 

A working knowledge of Excel is a must as well as a solid mathematical aptitude and well developed problem-solving skills.

To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
