Objectives of this Role

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Support the accounts payable process to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and ensure timely approvals.
• Reconcile supplier statements and address discrepancies.
• Assist with weekly payment runs and maintain records of transactions.
• Support month-end processes, including accruals and prepayments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve queries.
• Perform general accounts payable duties and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in hospitality or a related field.
• Familiarity with hotel finance systems (e.g., Procure Wizard, Elevate P2P) is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
