We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Relations Administrator to join our team and help us enhance our owners’ experience.
As a Customer Relations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our owner's journey from on boarding to ongoing engagement. You’ll be the main point of contact for unit owners, assisting with inquiries, managing accounts, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires someone with strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to building lasting relationships.
