NPLQ Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Essential)

Previous activity leadership experience (Desirable)

GB archery award (Desirable)

As a Leisure Assistant you will be:

  • Leading Activities: Hosting and supervising activities like, Archery, target paintball, outdoor swimming sessions, woodland activities and more, catering to a range of age groups and interests
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent service, engaging with guests, and ensuring their safety and enjoyment during activitie
  • Safety and Maintenance: Setting up, maintaining, and cleaning equipment, and adhering to health and safety standards during all sessions
  • Promoting Services: Encouraging guest participation in activities and answering enquiries about programs and additional activities within Finlake spa and leisure resor
  • Smooth: Delivery of our timetable & activities program
