What You’ll Do 

As a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor, you will:

• Lead Engaging Classes, catering to a range of fitness levels, with a focus on evening schedules
• Deliver High-Quality PT Sessions, inductions, and fitness advice, ensuring members achieve tangible results
• Drive Class Attendance through motivating workouts, interactive coaching, and strong guest/member relationships
• Maintain a Safe, Welcoming Gym, including basic equipment checks and a friendly gym-floor presence
• Support Membership Growth & Promotions, converting inductions into class attendance and personal training clients
• Collaborate with the Leisure Team, assisting with events, customer service, and general facility upkeep

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic individual who thrives on helping others succeed. Ideally, you’ll have: 

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (essential)
• Proven Group Instruction or Activity Leadership experience.
• Excellent Communication Skills to engage and inspire members of all fitness levels
• Positive, Flexible Mindset, ready to adapt to both class schedules and guest needs.
• A customer-focused approach, delivering outstanding service in every interaction

Preferred Skills

• NPLQ Pool Lifeguard Qualification (desirable)
• First Aid at Work qualification
• Basic knowledge of IT/Data Security for handling bookings and digital records
