Join the Team at Finlake Holiday Park!


Location: Finlake Holiday Park, TQ13 0EJ

Salary: £28,500 per annum (£15.65 per hour equivalent) 

Car Allowance Provided - Full Drivers licence required (as travel between sites may be needed)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (including weekend cover as part of a 7-day support structure)

Job Type: Permanent

What You’ll Do

As a Systems Support team member, you’ll ensure that our systems run at peak efficiency. You will:

  • Provide Technical Support to our park locations and central office, ensuring seamless system operations
  • Maintain EPOS and Transactional Systems for optimal performance
  • Resolve Second-Line Support Issues, collaborating with external vendors as needed
  • Deploy and Manage Hardware, ensuring smooth transitions for end-users
  • Test and Launch New Software and System Releases, guaranteeing a smooth rollout
  • Maintain Data Security Compliance and assist with internal audits
  • Collaborate with Teams to identify opportunities for improved process and performance.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives on solving problems and supporting others. You’ll have:

  • Ability to understand and configure systems
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritisation capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train end-users effectively
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, and networking
  • A methodical, process-driven mindset with keen attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with a range of systems (e.g, EPOS, PMS, ERP) would be an advantage
  • Understanding of IT and data security
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar industry
