Salary: £27,090 per annum + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our business forward. You will:

  • Build strong relationships with potential customers, helping them discover their dream holiday home.
  • Follow up on leads and manage a customer database.
  • Showcase our holiday homes and ensure the highest presentation standards.
  • Use innovative local marketing to promote the park and generate new leads.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial enquiry o paperwork completion, ensuring exceptional service at every step.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals who thrive on achieving results. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Proven sales experience (holiday park sales experience is a plus!).
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • A target-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.
  • Comfortable using computers and the willingness to learn new systems and software.
  • The ability to adapt, think on your feet, and work collaboratively within a team.
