Are you an experienced housekeeping professional who thrives on high standards and great leadership? We’re looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead the team at our beautiful Finlake Holiday Park.

What You’ll Do

As Housekeeping Manager, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring delivery to agreed KPIs and service standards
  • Plan ahead and allocate resources, ensuring the team is set up for consistent success
  • Inspire your team, promote collaboration, and manage conflict constructively
  • Work closely with the sublet representative to ensure all rental units are maintained to a high standard
  • Liaise with maintenance and hot tub teams to uphold the quality and cleanliness of both internal and external lodge areas
  • Champion Health & Safety compliance, making sure all staff are trained and procedures are followed
  • Constantly review and improve standards, using feedback to enhance the customer experience

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role, ideally in housekeeping or hospitality
  • A strong track record of leading teams and exceeding performance targets
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills
  • detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage people and priorities under pressure
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and problem solving with confidence
