Location: Finlake Holiday Park, TQ13 0EJ

Salary: £31,500 per annum

Hours: 45 hours per week - Full-time

At Haulfryn, we’re proud to create outstanding holiday experiences - and we’re now looking for an Accommodation Hire Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day leadership of our busy Housekeeping and Hot Tub departments at Finlake Holiday Park.

What You’ll Do

As Accommodation Hire Deputy Manager, you will:

·       Support the Housekeeping Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of both Housekeeping and Hot Tub operations

·       Lead and motivate teams to deliver consistently high standards across all accommodation and spa facilities

·       Ensure all lodges and hot tubs are cleaned, checked and presented to five-star standards

·       Oversee hot tub compliance including water testing, microbiological results and safety procedures

·       Act as a key point of escalation for guest concerns relating to cleanliness, presentation and hot tub safety

·       Coordinate with maintenance, sublet and operations teams to ensure lodges are guest-ready on time

·       Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance development across both departments

·       Maintain strong stock control of cleaning supplies, chemicals, PPE and equipment

·       Monitor KPIs including guest feedback, audit results and compliance records

·       Uphold all Health & Safety, COSHH and company compliance requirements at all times

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

·       Proven supervisory or leadership experience in housekeeping, hot tub operations, or a similar hospitality environment

·       Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams

·       Experience with basic water chemistry testing and hot tub maintenance

·       Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills

·       A high level of attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional standards

·       Confidence handling guest concerns and making sound operational decisions

·       A strong understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH requirements

Desirable (but not essential):

·       PWTAG or BISHTA accreditation

·       Photometer experience

·       Experience tracking KPIs and quality standards

·       Familiarity with ParcVu or similar systems
