Salary: £28,225.60

Hours: 40 hours per week - Full Time

Are you an experienced housekeeping professional with a passion for high standards and team leadership?

At Haulfryn, we’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Housekeeping Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our housekeeping operation at the beautiful Finlake Holiday Resort.

What You’ll Do

As Housekeeping Team Leader, you will:

  • Support the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day operation of the department
  • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional accommodation standards
  • Coordinate cleans and accommodation checks to ensure lodges are guest-ready on time
  • Work closely with Maintenance and Hot Tub teams to maintain five-star presentation standards across the park
  • Support team training, delegation, and performance management
  • Respond to guest concerns and help resolve housekeeping issues efficiently
  • Monitor stock levels for cleaning supplies and operational inventory
  • Maintain accurate records using ParcVu and support operational reporting
  • Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH procedures are followed at all times

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within housekeeping or hospitality
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation
  • Confidence leading teams in a busy operational environment
  • A positive, hands-on approach with excellent customer service skills
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures

Desirable:

  • Experience using ParcVu or similar systems
  • Experience monitoring guest feedback or operational KPIs
