Join the Shop Kit Kemp Team – Inventory and Fulfillment Assistant

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual with a background in retail packing to become part of our highly successful team in Brentford!

As an Inventory and Fulfillment Assistant at Shop Kit Kemp, you will play a key role in ensuring our shop orders are fulfilled seamlessly, stock is well-managed, and customers receive exceptional service. This is an ideal role for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock & Inventory Management: Organise and track warehouse stock with a well-labelled and easy-to-navigate system, process daily deliveries, handle returns, and assist with stock audits. You’ll also help identify slow-moving or discontinued stock, keeping inventory up-to-date.
  • Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for online customers – resolving inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to provide expert guidance and information to our customers.
  • Security & Maintenance: Keep stock secure by staying vigilant, reporting any hazards, and ensuring the safety of the workspace.
  • Additional Duties: Support the Group Retail Coordinator with any other tasks as needed.
