At FishWorks, we are passionate about exceptional seafood, fine wines, and warm hospitality. Every plate we serve showcases the freshest, sustainably sourced fish, expertly prepared to deliver an unforgettable dining experience. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence, quality, and outstanding service.

Our Marylebone restaurant is only a short walk from the bustle of Oxford Street, and right in the centre of Marylebone High Street that has a great village feel in the centre of the capital. As well as a fantastic restaurant you’ll also find a traditional fish counter where you can buy fish to take home and cook yourself, or you can take your pick and have it cooked there and then to your liking.

You will find a wide variety of fresh fish, caught within the season, and delivered daily from our local fisheries and fishermen. We believe in supporting sustainable fishing and buy direct from locally sourced seafood such as rod and line caught Wild Sea Bass and Hand-Dived scallops from just off the coast of Dorset. Freshly caught for the freshest taste.
 

A few things we look for in a FishWorks Supervisor...

• A natural people person able to coordinate and lead a team
• Organised and calm under pressure
• The ability to think differently
• Realising your potential and helping others achieve theirs
• Having fun and being yourself!
• Experience in a similar role as a Supervisor, Shift Manager or Team Leader is a plus!
• Please note: A requirement for the role is to be able to serve alcohol unsupervised
