Flat Iron - Shoreditch

Our Shoreditch restaurant is home to a spectacular 15-foot wood-ember hearth, where we spit-roast special cuts from the traditional breeds of the Flat Iron Herd using a 250-year old reconditioned clockwork mechanism. Downstairs in the basement, hidden away from our guests, is our indispensable chip kitchen, where we laboriously turn sacks of Cambridgeshire spuds into the golden crispy morsels of joy served at all our restaurants.
